The ideal candidate will possess advanced data analysis capabilities, subject matter expertise in GCSS-Army maintenance and supply operations, and practical experience in property management for government and contractor-owned assets. This role will also require proficiency in Office 365 applications, meeting facilitation, proficiency with the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) and familiarity with commercial procurement policies and proceduresHow the Data Analyst/Property Manager will make an impact:Data Analysis and Reporting

Utilize advanced Excel skills to analyze complex datasets, create dynamic reports, and develop data-driven solutions to inform strategic decision-making.

Leverage GCSS-Army to extract, interpret, and visualize data to enhance operational performance in maintenance and supply.

GCSS-Army Subject Matter Expertise

Provide guidance and support for optimizing GCSS-Army functionality in maintenance and supply processes.

Identify areas for system improvements to ensure mission-critical processes are efficient and effective.

Property Management

Manage government and contractor-owned property, ensuring compliance with relevant policies and regulations.

Maintain accurate property records and facilitate audits to support accountability and operational integrity.

Office 365 and Workflow Optimization

Utilize Office 365 applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams, to streamline workflows, enhance collaboration, and improve productivity across teams.

Meeting Facilitation and Communication

Lead effective meetings with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, actionable objectives, and alignment with organizational goals.

Must be able to articulate, communicate effectively, be courteous and professional when communicating with management and other members of the team by face to face or thru electronic means such as email, phone or video conference.

Procurement and Acquisition Support

Monitor procurement transactions to ensure FAR, policies and procedures are followed.

Maintains metrics, analyze data and procurement transactions, identify needed corrections and suggest process improvements to ensure customer needs are satisfied and timely met.

Works as a team with the Supply Chain team to ensure requirements are timely met.

What you’ll need to be successful:

Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science

Required Experience: 5+ years of related experience

Secret Security Clearance Level

Advanced proficiency in Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros, and advanced formulas).

Knowledgeable of the Test, Measurement, and Diagnostic Equipment (TMDE) Program .

Knowledgeable of various associated military logistical related sites such as CHESS, FEDMall, PubLog, IGC, AESIP, among others.

Hands-on experience with GCSS-Army in data mining and operational improvement.

In-depth knowledge of maintenance and supply processes within GCSS-Army.

Knowledge how to navigate and monitor transactions within PIEE and its different modules.

Demonstrated experience in government and contractor property management.

Proficiency in Office 365 applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.

Proven ability to facilitate meetings, drive actionable outcomes, and align objectives with organizational goals.

Must be organized, and able to work under pressure with short suspense requirements and handle a fast up-tempo. Must be able to explain proposed solutions to customers, management, or other interested parties through written proposals.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in a government or military environment.

Certification or formal training in GCSS-Army or related systems.

Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Knowledgeable of Supply Chain Management policies and procedures to include FAR, DFARs, Statement of Work, Bill of Materials, Single or Sole Source Justification, CHESS and PIEE.

Work Environment:

This position may require occasional travel and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

Location: Hybrid 2 days remote/ 3 days in office

This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary.
