Potential Responsibilities: - Upgrade the Carbonite Server Protect agent
- Update credentials
- Reseed backups when necessary
- Confirm file and database selections as defined by product
- Update customer contact information
- Confirm schedules for jobs and ensure there are no conflicts
Helpful Characteristics:- ACCURACY AND ATTENTION TO DETAIL IS THE MOST IMPORTANT REQUIREMENT OF THIS ROLE
- Detailed record keeping with respect to what is found and changed
- Ability to interface with clients and communicated well both electronically and verbally
- Strong computer and network knowledge
- Knowledge of SQL is a plus but not required
