Job Title: General Laborer - Hiring Immediately!Looking to start: 2/10/2025Job DescriptionWe are seeking experienced general construction laborers with at least 1 to 2 years of experience to join our team. As a general laborer, you will work alongside a 3 to 4-man crew using hand tools to help build docks, piers, and retaining walls. We are offering $20 - $22 to start with interviews taking place at the end of this week and the start of next week.Responsibilities
Assist in the construction of docks, piers, and retaining walls.
Work alongside a 3 to 4-man crew.
Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively.
Perform tasks that require strong mechanical ability.
Lift and carry standard weights of up to 50 pounds, with occasional lifting up to 70 pounds.
Essential Skills
1 to 2 years of general labor experience in construction.
Strong mechanical ability.
Knowledge of hand tools and boats.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 70 pounds occasionally.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Previous construction laborer experience is preferred but not required.
Learning mentality.
