Job Description:
We are seeking skilled and experienced painters to contribute to our team's success. Team players, no drama and a can do attitude! As a painter at Biddeford Painting, you will be responsible for preparing surfaces, applying paint, and ensuring a smooth, clean, and long-lasting finish. Attention to detail, precision, and a commitment to delivering exceptional results are essential qualities for this role.
Responsibilities:
Prepare surfaces by cleaning, scraping, sanding, and patching holes and cracks.
Use specified paint colors and coatings to match customer preferences.
Apply paint using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
Ensure even coverage and smooth finishes.
Mask and tape off areas to protect adjacent surfaces.
Clean and maintain tools and equipment.
Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area.
Communicate effectively with clients and team members.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a painter
Strong knowledge of painting techniques and materials
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and customer service skills
Physical stamina, ladder work and the ability to work in various weather conditions.
Valid Driver's License and Reliable transportation to job sites
