This project is needing to be completed by 8/30/25 and can start any time. I am flexible time wise for visits to see the site live for quotes through the rest of this week into first art of weekend. Payment is made at the completion of the job, same day.
The Project: We are preparing the ground for a 7'x7' hot tub being installed with a small retaining wall.
The space its going in was up against a small hill. I have already cut into the hill where a retaining wall needs to be. The wall is only 2-3' tall, by 12' long. Behind the blocks for the wall needs drainage to ensure there isnt erosion into the space. I already have 2/3 of the blocks for the wall and will need to get a few more once we determine how many. We will need to get any pipe for the drainage if its decided to be necessary.
The space needs a 7'x7' space that will be lined with pressure treated 6x6's and the middle filled with crushed stone, both to be level with the ground. The tub will sit on this. I already have the 6x6s and crushed stone.
This needs to be finished by 8/30/25 If you are booked beyond that, there is no need to inquire or bid for this project.
