High-end Wooden Boat manufacturer in Ticonderoga NY is seeking a skilled and EXPERIENCED upholsterer with experience in cars and/or especially boat canvas & cushion upholstery. This is a full-time, year-round position.
The ideal candidate is talented, pays attention to detail, dependable, capable of producing "Yacht Quality" cushions, covers and Bimini tops, as well as other upholstery components in an efficient time-frame. This person should also be highly organized, safety conscious, an effective and efficient communicator and must be able to pass a drug test.
Job Purpose: Responsible for the design and fabrication of canvas & upholstery components for high value boats.
Required Experience: Previous experience in the Canvas and or upholstery field.
