Apartment Maintenance Person

Experience person needed in older apartment buildings. Most buildings are in Brunswick, with a few in Freeport. Good skill set & knowledge needed in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, heating issues & painting. Good problem solver, troubleshooting & thoroughness. Yard work & snow blowing. Heavy lifting. Ability to work independently. Must be dependable. Hand tools & a valid drivers license needed. Company vehicles provided on the job. Needs to live within 10 miles of Brunswick. This is a full time, weekly payroll hourly position.
