Hearth and Harrow, a design and screen printing studio in Midcoast Maine, is seeking a shopkeeper and packing/shipping associate for our Camden store and Rockport studio. This is a hybrid position, with shifts in both our retail store and our print shop. This is a part-time, year-round position with roughly 20-30 hours per week but we can be flexible in terms of seasonality and number of hours for the right candidate(s)!
Our ideal candidate:
- is self-motivated, can work independently, and is very organized and detail-oriented (can catch and correct mistakes).
- has both weekend and weekday availability.
- is reliable, trustworthy, and self-motivated.
- can work on their feet for the majority of the shift.
- has computer proficiency.
- is willing to take direction.
- has an appreciation for small-batch, handmade goods.
- has relevant customer service experience.
