Southern Maine Home Builder/ Remodeler looking for assistant project manager.
Job Summary:
This position is assisting the owner of Gervais Homes, LLC in all the tasks of building and remodeling homes. We are looking for a person with a great attitude and a desire to learn.
Responsibilities:
Demo, job site clean up, light carpentry depending on experience, picking up and delivering materials to job sites, tracking progress on projects, ordering materials and more.
Requirements:
Valid driver’s license.
Clean driving record.
Experience in towing trailers is important.
Knowledge of home building/remodeling is important, but not necessary
Compensation:
$20/hr + depending on experience
This is a full time opportunity with overtime available almost weekly.
4 day work week (4-10 hour days)
1 week vacation after 6 months, 2 weeks after 2 years
Paid holidays
