Are you an experienced RV Resort Manager? We are currently seeking an RV Resort Manager for our beautiful property located in Kennebunk, Maine!

Our ideal candidate possesses proven experience in all operational and maintenance aspects of running an RV Resort. This position is responsible for the continued profitability of the resort and serves as the point of contact for customers and guests. During the season, the Resort Manager is on-call 24 hours a day and is responsible for all administrative activities, marketing, property maintenance and human resource management and –most importantly – customer and guest relations.
Essential Job Duties
Ensures guests receive the highest level of customer service. Handles and resolves customer and guest complaints in a timely and professional manner. Ensures that guests follow resort rules and standards.
Ensures that the community is presentable, inviting and adheres to community standards. Ensures that appropriate system tests, such as well-water tests and pol chemical test levels, are completed.
Coordinates team member selection and training of resort staff. Ensures all team members comply with appropriate policies and operational procedures. Schedules team members to ensure proper and sufficient coverage.
Monitors monthly operating budgets and prepares monthly explanation of P&L variances. Assists with preparation of annual operating budget.
Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local agencies that regulate fair housing laws and resort operations.
Oversees capital expenditure improvements.
Follow safety procedures while performing duties, including safely operating vehicles when moving from site to site and picking up supplies.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years property management/resort experience, including 2 years of supervisory experience.
Previous sales and leasing experience, preferred.
General knowledge of property maintenance.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Thorough knowledge of federal, state and local laws pertaining to fair housing and employment law.
Basic computer proficiency, including email, the internet and Google Suite; experience using Rent Manager and RMS, preferred.
Valid driver’s license.
Flexibility to respond to resort needs during non-business hours.
