We are seeking entry-level candidates to become Cell Tower Technicians. Our comprehensive training program includes classroom instruction, climbing training, and two months of on-the-job training – all paid.

Relocation assistance is available for qualified applicants.

OVERVIEW:

Cell Tower Technicians must adhere to strict risk management guidelines while delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment. Job duties will include turn-key tower site installations, modifications, and field troubleshooting. Additionally, technicians will be required to climb towers up to 200+ feet in various weather conditions.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Always follow all safety procedures and policies.

Climb ladders and towers safely and efficiently to complete job duties at heights (200ft+).

Use hand tools and mechanical equipment safely. Report hazards to Foreman or Lead.

Rig towers, monopoles, and rooftops to move materials safely.

Perform general construction tasks, including site layout, tower erection, installation, maintenance, and repairs.

Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Transport tools and materials to job sites and service center warehouses.

Communicate professionally with co-workers, vendors, and the public.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Willingness to travel out of town (Monday through Friday). Overnight travel will be required. Per Diem provided for overnight travel.

Basic knowledge of hand tools and mechanical equipment.

General construction and safety knowledge.

Previous experience in the tower industry is a plus, but working at heights in other industries is acceptable.

Ability to recognize and mitigate safety hazards.

Basic knowledge of knot tying and rigging is preferred.

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including standing, bending, lifting, and climbing.

Must pass a pre-employment drug test and physical exam.

Must pass a background check

PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORKING CONDITIONS:

Frequently climb tall structures (300ft+) while carrying loads up to 50 lbs.

90% of work is outdoors in various weather conditions, including extreme weather at times.

Must be able to hear and respond to verbal instructions clearly.

Clear vision, with or without correction, is required.

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and stretch for long periods.
