Looking for 3rd man(deckhand) through the spring. Could turn into a full time position depressing . Pay dependent on experience (percentage and minimum pay/daily rate, spring bonus (full time), and hourly for gear work. 8hr days on average. Experience preferred, but willing to train the right person. We work as a 3 man crew with myself included. Please show up, be ready to work, and leave the drama at home.
