We are a reputable, stable, landscape maintenance company (mowing, mulch, cleanup, shrubs, etc.), in central Maine. Currently looking for landscape maintenance team members and a crew leader.
Seeking a motivated, reliable, and physically able, individuals. Willingness to learn, and work with others, is imperative. Experience is preferred, however it is not required.
To be considered for a potential crew leader position, one must have at least 2 years of verifiable experience and have leadership ability. Limited criminal history, and a valid, and insurable, drivers license.
Work will start by early/mid April and continue through November. Winter employment is possible for the right person. Typical schedule is Mon-Sat until mid June, and then Mon-Fri for the remainder of the season. 50+/- hours per week, through the year.
Compensation:
Laborer: $11.50 - $14
Crew Leader: $13.50 - $18/hour
Rates based on experience, ability, and production
