Full-time maintenance tech needed for a busy commercial property management company in Southern Maine! Work directly with Maintenance Supervisor to carry out all routine maintenance and unit turnover tasks on commercial properties. Seeking applicants with 2 years' prior maintenance experience but willing to train the right person.
Job Duties Include:
- General Cleaning
- Painting
- Door Hardware Replacement
- Lawn Care and Landscaping
- Light Snow Removal
- Identifying maintenance issues and process to repair (Experience with basic hand tools preferred)
- Light Carpentry, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical (Experience in any of these areas is a plus)
- Utilizing management software, Microsoft Outlook and Excel to record repairs and respond to e-mails
- On-call availability for after hours emergency repairs on a rotating basis
Seeking Applicant with:
- Valid Driver's License and Reliable Vehicle (Mileage Reimbursement will be provided)
- Strong Organization/Time Management skills
- Professional demeanor, especially when interacting with commercial tenants
- Ability to lift minimum of 25-50lbs
- Basic working knowledge of computers and mobile devices (both will be provided)
- Desire to learn new skills and grow with the company
