CP Technologies is looking for a machine operator. You will learn to operate our various grinding machines. No experience is necessary, just bring your good work ethic. We work a 4-day week with Fridays off and offer complete training to the person with the right attitude. We pride ourselves on our casual atmosphere and customer service. Our machine operators work in our shop in Saco sharpening various blades and knives mostly for the paper industry. Good communication skills, attention to details and the ability to lift heavy objects are necessary for this position. We work (4) ten hour shifts Monday-Thursday. Room for advancement as well. Benefits include vacation time, paid holidays, sick time, retirement plan with company match, and health insurance. Our machine operators work 5am-3:30 pm but we can also be flexible with the hours.
