Looking to hire several cleaners for residential cleaning. These properties will be vacant, and are often post-rehab construction. Cleaners will ensure that the residence is move-in ready for new tenants. Cleanings typically range from three to eight hours.
This is ongoing work; the amount of properties available to clean each week is dependent upon when the repairs are complete. This would be a great opportunity for someone who has part-time work and is looking to add income.
Cleaners must have reliable transportation. Properties are in Bangor, Old Town, Orono, Milford, Corinth, and Pittsfield. It is perfectly fine to only accept jobs within a preferred driving distance; this would not prevent us from taking you on as a cleaner. You may bring your own cleaning supplies if preferred, but otherwise, supplies will be provided.
It is non-negotiable that cleaners must show proof of general liability insurance before beginning work. Cleaners in this position will operate as 1099 employees, and must also fill out a W-9 form before beginning work.
Cleaning experience is of course preferred, but not required.
Compensation is $15 per hour while in training, and $20 per hour after training. The training period is considered complete when cleaners are able to complete a job independently. This is a case-by-case situation; training may take one day for some, and several weeks for others.
