MaineHealth is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to join our Acute Care team in Biddeford, Maine. For a limited time, MaineHealth is offering sign on bonuses up to $3,000 for Pharmacy Technicians. Prorated for Part Time.
Working in a supportive role under the direct supervision of the Pharmacist, the Pharmacy Technician - Acute Care role performs a variety of duties relating to medication preparation, storage, distribution, disposition, and related clerical tasks.
Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
1. Education: High school diploma or GED certificate preferred. Associate’s Degree preferred.
2. License/Certifications: Current or eligible for applicable state(s) license as a Pharmacy Technician. CPhT or PTCB certificate preferred.
3. Experience: Experience as a pharmacy technician or other healthcare related position preferred.
