The Landing at Saco Bay is hiring and offering bonuses for Resident Care positions:
Nurse Personal Support Specialist (PSS) PSS in Training
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Certified Residential Medication Aide (CRMA)
1. Up to a $3,000 hiring incentive for Full Time positions paid as follows:
a. $1,000 after 60 days (in good standing)
b. $1,000 after 120 days (in good standing)
c. $1,000 after 180 days (in good standing)
2. At the one-year anniversary, if the employee is still in good standing at the
same status (full time), a $1,000 retention bonus to be paid.
3. Up to a $1,500 hiring incentive for Part Time positions paid along the same
time increments ($500 each) with a $500 retention bonus at 1 year.
