Smalls is seeking a part time barista that is looking for a culture shift for the better. We are looking to hire someone with a positive mental attitude and strong work ethic who is professional and kind. Weekend availability is required.
Smalls is a vibrant all day cafe/ marketplace in Portland's West End, open 7 days a week.
We actively support each other while promoting a respectful and inclusive workplace.
We are looking to fill a part time 2-3 shifts/ week (20-24 hrs/wk) barista position ASAP. You will also have the chance to train on the food as well, if interested!
A mix between am and pm shifts
Must be flexible to pick up shifts
Business Hours are Sun-Thu 8-6 & Fri-Sat 8-8

Smalls is Hiring:
An Experienced Barista
-2+ years experience required
-This role would include 3-4 barista shifts.
-Must be comfortable with direct customer interaction.
-Some weekend availability is a must.
-Team player, kind and respectful with staff
-Pooled tips + $15/hr ($24-$30+ after tips!)
