Job Responsibilities
Welcome and seat guests
Take guests food and drink orders, clear and bus tables
Full knowledge of menu items and dietary and allergy notes for the menu
Basic knowledge of alcoholic beverages
Deliver a memorable dining experience and provide exceptional service
Keep dining area neat, clean, and organized at all times
Contribute to a positive work environment
Qualifications/Experience
1 year experience working in a restaurant
Japanese/Sushi restaurant experience is a plus
Ability to stand and work on feet for extended period (up to 10 hours)
Ability to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 lbs
