SUPERVISOR: Dining Room Manager
GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION: Manages the flow of customers. Greets all customers at the door and welcomes them. Refers to reservations or finds a table for appropriate size party. Assist servers with busing, cleaning and resetting tables. Responsible for cleaning restaurant lobby and monitoring bathrooms. Thanks all guests for dining.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Greets all guest and provides initial welcome to the restaurant.
Seats parties at assigned tables or divides guests evenly among server sections.
Assist with busing, cleaning, resetting tables.
Helps stock glasses and silverware.
Completes assigned side work.
Completes additional tasks as assigned by supervisor.
Maintains all food safety and health code regulations.
QUALIFICATIONS: Great customer service skills, time management skills, excellent communication skills.
