North Beacon Oyster is looking to add to our small, tight knit kitchen crew. The Garde Manger station will be responsibly for all cold side menu items including raw bar, daily crudo, salads and deserts. This position also has the ability to create daily specials if desired to help express the cooks creativity. This station will lead to cross training on sauté, fry, and grill for the right candidate. This is a full time, hourly position. The current schedule is Wednesday-Saturday with Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday off.
