The Waterford Inne / Tallulah's is looking for someone to join our small team.
We are an inn, with an on-site farm, and restaurant in a barn called "tallulah's". Our menus are hyper seasonal, utilizing produce from our farm and other local farms.
If you are an eager cook looking to expand your knowledge with a unique approach to food, fermentation, progressive techniques, and working in a clean and professional manner, inquire about joining our BOH team!
We host two service formats:
a. intimate formal tasting menu 8-10 courses
b. casual a la carte with same hyper seasonal focus, sourdough pizza, small plates
- local and homegrown vegetables, maine seafood, local proteins
- we have a preservation program, lots of room for learning techniques
