Lead Cook/Sous (Seasonal June-early October)-The Well at Jordan's Farm

Looking for someone with a good culinary fundamentals and understanding to assist with nightly 5 course prix fixe menu. We utilize the best ingredients from the properties 120 acre produce farm, located right outside the kitchen window. 4 day/40 hour work week (Wed-Sat). This will be our 15th season, and we're hoping to find someone to help make some of our best food yet.
