Housekeeper wanted for the following locations:
Belfast, Lincolnville, Rockport, and Searsport
Duties/responsibilities: Duties and Responsibilities
Making beds, cleaning/sanitizing rooms, cleaning furniture, vacuuming, mopping, dusting. washing dishes, doing laundry, washing windows, emptying trash; and various other cleaning tasks.
Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards
Deal with reasonable complaints/requests with professionalism and patience
Ensure appropriate maintenance of all housekeeping equipment and tools
Maintain inventory of tools and supplies used in housekeeping activities
Notifying managers of necessary repairs, damages, deficits and disturbances to the rooms and replenishing supplies
Assisting guests or residents when necessary and ensuring their satisfaction
Following health and safety standards and regulations
Requirements:
Proven experience as a cleaner or housekeeper
Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance
Customer-oriented and friendly
Organizational and time management skills
Knowledge of English language
High school degree
