HIRING: Sous Chef – Bring Your Skills, Bring Your Flavor
We’re a busy, year-round restaurant with a rustic-refined vibe and a serious love for great food. We need a Sous Chef who can hold their own on the sauté and/or grill line and bring a little extra sizzle to our kitchen.
What We’re Looking For:
3+ years of experience on sauté and/or grill in a high-volume kitchen (this is not your first rodeo)
A cool head under pressure – service moves fast here
A team player who’s dependable and communicates well
Creative flair? Even better – menu item & specials creation is a plus
Inventory control experience? We like that, too
