Compensation at Highroller Lobster Company is based on experience but start at
-Line positions start at $22/hour.
-Prep positions start at $21/hour.
-Dishwasher positions start at $18/hour.
-$1/hour Bonus for every hour of work through calendar year Christmas bonus for non seasonal year-round employees.
We are specifically looking for Line Cooks for the summer push.

Requirements
-Kitchen experience is a plus but work ethic, reliability and attitude are more important.
-Ability to work service industry hours. Weekends are a must.
-Must be able to move heavy containers and be comfortable standing, walking, and using arms and hands over long periods of time. This position requires good manual dexterity, coordination, kitchen discipline, consistenc, overall stamina, and a little bit of hustle.
-Must be able to communicate effectively under loud and busy conditions.
