Head chef wanted for cafeteria of lively, friendly and fun international camp. Responsibilities include: Overseeing kitchen staff; experience in food ordering; supervising kitchen staff and duties; managing kitchen staff schedules; menu preparation (daily and weekly basis); organizing service line for cafeteria style dining; cook for 130+ staff and 220+ campers; help coordinate line service; ability to cook and prepare meals. Serv Safe license required. Compensation is dependent on experience, good reference checks, and complete resume with references. Housing, meals and uniforms are provided. Approx. June 1-August 16
