Location: Searsport, Maine
Are you a skilled and passionate baker, have a inventive flair and are looking for an exciting opportunity? We are seeking a very experienced baker to join our European bakery in Searsport. If you have prior professional baking experience and a love for creating delicious European pastries, we want to hear from you! Both lead and assistant baker opportunities.
Requirements:
Proven professional baking experience
Expertise in making croissants, cakes, cookies, cream puffs, and other European pastries
Positive and energetic attitude
Willingness to learn and collaborate with a team
Roles and Responsibilities:
Work 40 hours per week, with shifts on Saturday (Sunday off + one additional day off)
Create and prepare a variety of European inspired pastries and baked goods
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Ensure consistency and quality in all baked products
Contribute to a fun, fast-paced, and challenging work environment
