DUCKFAT on Middle Street was started in 2005 by Food and Wine's Best Chef, James Beard winner and three time Chopped Champion Rob Evans and his wife Nancy Pugh. In 2018 Duckfat's sister location-Duckfat Frites Shack opened on Washington Ave sharing an outdoor beer garden with Oxbow Blending and Bottling. Our new venture is Duckfat On The Fly. It's a burger cart located in the parking lot of the Hardshore and Oxbow tasting rooms. All burgers and sides are made in house with fresh, local ingredients. We are looking for someone that can work well in small spaces with small team to support.
