It opened in 2018 by Food and Wine's Best Chef, James Beard winner and three time Chopped Champion Rob Evans and his wife Nancy Pugh. This location houses our production kitchen as well as a food window. We are a diverse company full of opportunity for both skilled and up and coming people looking to learn.
