The role includes managing customer accounts for KCV Trailer Rentals, a division of AB Ledue Enterprises, a family-owned operation.
Responsibilities and Duties
Engaging daily with customers to ensure a positive experience through the rental process.
Qualifications
College/Course credit or Accounts Receivable experience helpful
Basic Computer skills (MS Office, Gmail, and Google Calendar) is necessary to be successful. Experience with Quickbooks is beneficial.
Ability to communicate effectively over the phone and in person with customers and individuals you work with every day.
Ability to work in a smaller office environment full-time using a computer.
Ability to “play well with others” in a family owned and operated business.
Experience with transportation is a plus.
