Central Maine Property Management is seeking a Residential Property Manager to add to our team! We work as a team to add value to those we serve and each other.
CMPM is a 3rd party management company that offers excellent service to our owners, residents and employees.
Responsibilities & Skills:
Manage properties, units and tenants
Computer Skills - learn our web platform - Rent Manager
Good social and communication skills to interact with Tenants and Owners
With help of our maintenance team ensure work orders and repair requests are processed in a timely fashion
Abide by Fair Housing Laws & Landlord-tenant laws
Previous experience in property management or other related fields (minimum 2 years)
Align with our core values of Integrity, Respect, Service, Perseverance and Safe and Healthy living
Pay is based on experience
Able to travel to managed properties as needed (<40 mi. radius from Lewiston) mileage is paid
Job Type: Full-time
Benefits: 5-10 days Paid time off, $100/month phone stipend, 8 paid holidays (No health benefits at this time)
Schedule: Monday to Friday
