Job Summary:MaineGeneral Health Patient Service Reps are the pillar of our practices. Each PSR acts as a patient advocate, access specialist and service coordinator. Ensuring the needs of our patients, family members, medical personnel and administrative staff are met. You develop strong and sometimes lifelong relationships with individuals in your community, providing care and support in some of the most significant times of their lives.
