Disciplinary responsibility for your store's team (including recruitment, personnel management, employee development, and team leadership) in close collaboration with your Area Manager Driving performance and taking ownership of our sales and customer experience goals, including KPI management and sales initiatives Effective and targeted store operations management (e.g., cash register, stockroom, visual merchandising, store organization, and overall store management) while ensuring compliance with and implementation of our company policies Independent leadership of day-to-day operations, leading by example both on the shop floor and in the administrative back office
