Assistant Store Manager (Full-Time / 38h, f/m/d) – Frankfurt Airport

Supporting the Shop Manager in all aspects of store operations and applying strategic, solution-oriented approaches and best practices in customer service together with the team Acting as a deputy for the Shop Manager in day-to-day operations (e.g., cash register, stockroom, visual merchandising, shop floor), and, where necessary, assisting with personnel matters (e.g., staff scheduling, recruiting) in coordination with the Store Manager Driving store performance through professional customer service, effective teamwork, and efficient processes, always in compliance with our retail standards Shared responsibility for achieving sales and customer experience goals, including KPI management and sales promotion initiatives
