Job Details: This position will be in support of a major state’s Medicaid Eligibility systemencompassing both operational and project related work.

Position Start Date and Duration: Position starts around April 1st, 2021. Duration is for 4 years on the initial contract, options for a total of 10 years.

Key Responsibilities: Maintain, develop and enhance specifications for state MedicaidEnrollment and Eligibility system. This position will be responsible for working with businesspartners to develop technical requirements for operational needs, new projects, bug fixes andother system changes as needed.

Requirements:o Knowledge Requirements: Knowledge and experience in and of Medicaid, SNAP andTANF federal programs is a significant plus. Knowledge of State of Maine specific programswould be ideal. Understanding of HIPAA, PII, IRS Pub 1075, and application securityprotocols (?) and accessibility concerns.o Skill Requirements: Technical writing, System Design document development.Knowledge of and experience with following languages and tools: JIRA, Subversion,Broadcom Workload Automation, Espresso, JAVA, OBIEE, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports,automated reports (BI Publisher), batch scripting, .Net, C#, Web services, Oracle RelationalDatabase Management System (RDBMS) version 12c and above, PL/SQL, SQL, XML,WebLogic, SOA, Perl Scripting, and Siebel; Microsoft Office Suite (MS Teams, Access,Outlook, Word, Excel, Project, and PowerPoint).o On site / remote: Position is most likely to be remote work initially due to COVID 19restrictions. Options for onsite work in Augusta Maine after COVID-19 restrictions arelifted.Rate : TBD
