We build software that coaches and trains business leaders on how to best manage, engage, and communicate with their teams. Our platform is highly interactive and is a mixture of tutorials, videos, as well as interactive counseling with professional psychologists and coaches.

We are looking for a Ruby on Rails engineer to help add on new features and scale out our core platform. You'll be working on a collaborative team in a full-stack role. Job Details

3+ years of RoR development experience
Experience doing full stack development with React or other modern Javascript frameworks (Angular, Vue, etc)
Experience building REST APIs
Prior cloud experience with AWS or Azure
BS in Computer Science or Related field
