We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team at an automotive repair shop. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, providing exceptional service, and maximizing sales opportunities. You will work closely with our service technicians to offer customers the best automotive solutions.Responsibilities:
Greet customers and determine their needs and preferences.
Provide detailed information about our services and products, including pricing and service packages.
Recommend appropriate services and products based on customer needs and preferences.
Upsell additional services or packages to increase sales.
Manage and maintain accurate customer records and service history.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Collaborate with service technicians to ensure customer needs are met.
Conduct sales transactions and process payments.
Keep the sales area clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
Meet and exceed sales targets and goals.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 1-year sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with others.
Basic knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance preferred.
Proficient in using sales and customer management software.
Availability to work weekends and evenings.
