Growing construction and renovation company is seeking to hire a repairman to add to the team. This person will be driving a company van or truck facilitating small repairs on a day to day basis, mostly to rental properties. When no repairs are needed they will be assisting the construction crew with whatever tasks are being performed. As a result a wide array of knowledge and experience is necessary to be successful in this role including but not limited to plumbing, electrical, hvac, drywall, paint, carpentry, flooring, etc.
The ideal candidate is interested in operating in a team environment and would be willing to share his knowledge and expertise with his teammates, and also willing to learn from his teammates about things outside of his knowledge or expertise.
We operate in a relatively laid back environment, and expect our employees to be self motivated, reliable, and productive with or without explicit direction on what they should be working on.
Pay will be based on experience. 40 hours are guaranteed every week, and overtime/freelance work is also usually available if you'd like it.
