Local renovation and construction company hiring for several positions. Part time, full time, and contract (flat rate) jobs are available. Experience and having your own tools are preferred, and will get you a higher wage, but are not required. Reliable transportation is a must, and we expect our employees to be reliable and trustworthy. First 90 days is on a trial basis as contract labor and will be paid on 1099, after 90 days you'll have the option to be added as a w2 employee or stay as 1099 contract labor.
Positions available:
Handyman ($15+ per hour DOE) - experience required in various different construction fields. Will primarily be doing repair work at rental properties, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC are all pluses but not required.
Plumber / Plumbing specialist - licensed or certified would be a plus but not required.
Electrician / Electrical Specialist - licensed or certified would be a plus but not required
HVAC specialist - licensed or certified would be a plus but not required, new installs and servicing existing systems.
We are flexible on availability, full time, part time, or contract/flat rate (per job).
