We are currently seeking an individual with IT experience to assist us in setting up a new office. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in physically installing and configuring various IT equipment to ensure a smooth and efficient office setup.
Responsibilities:
Set up and connect monitors to workstations
Install and configure docking stations for laptops
Deploy and connect VoIP phones to the network
Install network equipment, such as switches and access points
Perform basic cable management to ensure a tidy and organized workspace
Requirements:
Hands-on experience with IT hardware installation and configuration
Familiarity with VoIP phone systems and network equipment
Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Please note that all the necessary equipment, such as monitors, docking stations, VoIP phones, and network devices, have already been preconfigured. The primary focus of this role will be on the physical installation and setup of these items in our new office space.
