Seeking a Machine Shop Floor Manager
Responsibilities include:
Ability to work independently and lead in a team environment
Organize manpower and work cooperatively with all departments to achieve on time production
Ensure people are meeting expected times for their jobs
Ensure all work related documentation is filled out the machine operator
Motivated, Positive attitude and problem solving
Manufacturing or machine shop experience a plus
