Receptionist

Objective The Receptionist is responsible for meeting and greeting visitors and customers at Reception, and directing them to their appointment or meeting place. Responsibilities:

Manage complex and confidential secretarial and administrative tasks.

Perform administrative duties, including typing, prooing, and composing correspondence.

Answer and handle advanced-level telephone inquiries.

Maintain department records, files, and personnel badges.

Arrange travel schedules and reservations.

Support and train staff members.

Ensure accuracy and timeliness of business system transactions.

Coordinate meetings, office communications, and events.

Maintain stock levels for office supplies and refreshments.

Address and resolve inquiries from employees, vendors, and contractors, or escalate as needed.

Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent.

3+ years of Administrative experience.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, and Excel.

SAP proficiency/experience strongly preferred.
