The ideal candidate will have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree or 5 years of relevant experience in production management, manufacturing, or a related field. This role is crucial in ensuring our production operations run smoothly, efficiently, and on schedule.Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement production schedules to meet production targets and deadlines.
Monitor production processes and workflows to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.
Coordinate with various departments, including procurement, engineering, planning, warehousing, and quality control, to ensure smooth production operations.
Analyze production data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Coordinate with warehousing on kitting inventory levels and materials to ensure timely availability for production needs.

Bachelor’s degree in Production Management, Industrial Engineering or a related Engineering Field, OR a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in production control or manufacturing.
Proven experience in a production management role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Strong understanding of production processes, quality control, and inventory management.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Proficiency in production planning software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
