HR Manager

As a Plant HR Manager here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in overseeing and managing all aspects of human resources within our manufacturing plant in Shreveport, LA. You will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and programs to support the plant's goals and objectives. Your duties will include talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws and regulations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive employee engagement, foster a positive work culture, and ensure the well-being and development of our employees.
