Job Details

Our headquarters is in Shreveport, LA. The chosen candidate can work remote, as long as they are about 3 hours or less from our Shreveport office for occasional office visits.

This is a Pre-Sales role doing systems demos with our clients within payroll and benefits administration. This occurs during the very end of the sales process; this person will step in and show the client our systems and how they can work for them.

  • Analyze customer needs and requirements and illustrate how company solutions can provide value and support their organization.
  • Ability to present effectively, command attention, explain proposed solutions and answer detailed questions.
  • Answer client questions on product functionality, integration, and usage and solve pre-sales support problems.
  • Provide technical consultation and knowledge transfer with sales staff/trainers/product support.
  • May assist in technical responses to RFIs/RFPs.
Required:

  • Recent pre-sales experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience doing systems demos with clients
