Description We are seeking a meticulous and efficient Administrative Assistant for our client in Prairieville, Louisiana. In this role, you will manage customer inquiries, maintain accurate customer records, and process customer applications. This role offers a short-term contract to full time employment opportunity. Responsibilities: Process customer credit applications accurately and swiftly Maintain up-to-date and accurate customer credit records Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and detail-oriented manner Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions when necessary Use Microsoft Excel and Word to organize and manage data Handle email correspondence with detail orientation and efficiency Perform calculations as required to support data entry tasks Organize files to ensure easy and quick access to necessary information Scan documents and other materials as part of data entry tasks Use your typing and 10 key skills to enter data accurately and quicklyRequirements Proficiency in 10 Key Skills Strong customer service abilities Experience in data entry Ability to handle email correspondence effectively Proficient in Microsoft Excel Proficient in Microsoft Word Demonstrated skills in organizing files Ability to perform calculations accurately Experience in scanning documents Excellent typing skillsRobert Half puts you in the best position to succeed by advocating on your behalf and promoting you to employers.
