Job Overview:
We are seeking a Receptionist/Secretary to join our team at New Orleans Millworks.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk, handling administrative paperwork, and providing customer service to current and prospective clients.
Duties:
- Label and keep track of incoming and outgoing projects
- Greet and assist visitors
- Answer and keep note of phone calls
- Maintain office supplies inventory
- Perform file management tasks
- Assist with typing quotes and invoices
- Communicate with clients as needed
Requirements:
- Proficiency in using office equipment and computer software (beginner/intermediate Excel)
- Strong computer literacy
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
