We’re looking for an enthusiastic, outgoing individual to join our team on Saturdays (10 AM to 5 PM) at local art and vendor markets. You’ll be the face of our brand, creating a mix of basic, specific, and unique coffee and tea drinks that not only taste great but bring joy to our customers.
### Key Responsibilities:
- Crafting Drinks: Prepare a variety of delicious coffee and tea beverages, from classic favorites to creative signature drinks that will surprise and delight our customers.
- Customer Interaction: Engage with market-goers in a friendly and welcoming way, ensuring they leave with a smile and a cup of happiness.
- Market Presence: Set up and break down your booth in a neat and efficient manner. Represent our brand with pride, showcasing your knowledge and passion for what you do.
- Maintain Cleanliness: Keep your work area organized and clean, following health and safety standards.
### Requirements:
- Car & Cellphone: Must have your own reliable transportation to travel to various local markets, and a cellphone for communication and coordination.
- Personality: Outgoing, friendly, and approachable. You love meeting new people and can create an inviting, energetic atmosphere.
- Professional Appearance: Dress in a neat, clean manner that represents the positive, vibrant energy of our brand.
- Experience: Previous barista or customer service experience is a plus, but we’ll train the right person who’s eager to learn.
